Delivery and Returns
Delivery is free and orders placed by 12pm will be shipped the same working day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following working day.
You should receive your order within 2-5 days. If you have not received your order within 10 working days after order confirmation, please contact us clearly marking your order number on your email, customerservice@luasdiagnostics.com
RETURNS
Should you wish to return your purchase from luasdiagnostics.com you have 28 days from ordering to return it to us. Please email customerservice@luasdiagnostics.com to obtain return authorisation prior to returning.
The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If you have initiated the return after 28 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS
In the unlikely circumstance that your order is damaged, or the product is faulty, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the order: customerservice@luasdiagnostics.com. A replacement or full refund will be offered for faulty goods and Luas Diagnostics will arrange for the goods to be collected.
If your order is either incomplete or incorrect, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the delivery: customerservice@luasdiagnostics.com. Luas Diagnostics will dispatch any missing items and arrange for the return of any incorrect items.
